Great place to take a large group. Our tournament ended late, and started early, so we didnt have time to explore the barn. Note that the bunk room is completely separate downstairs--having to use outdoor stairs. That was not clearly listed in the listing, so we had to adjust. Luckily there were plenty of beds upstairs! Overall, clean, especially for a beach house!
