Positive: The layout and space of this home is great for groups; everyone has their own area.
I like the privacy that the host gives to the guest. The location is perfect and the amities are there.

This was the perfect house for teenage boys to hangout! We all had a great time both kids and adults, we all had so much space. The house was very clean and so much fun! Will definitely keep this house in mind for future gatherings!
