Not the Taj Mahal but was sufficient for the 2 nights we stayed. Price is in line with the home.

The third queen bedroom is separate/outside downstairs (we did not use as it had a very strong damp/old smell). If your cooking the have pots and a small fry pan, may need to bring a pan. On to the positives: House was clean and cold (July heat this matters!). Television in the living room only. Easy walk to the beach. Good place to unplug and relax. Plenty of space we were a group of 8- 4 adults and 4 kids.

Great place to stay that is near the beach. However, the room on the first floor is a little moldy, which I guess is to be expected for a coastal property.
