House is an older house but worked great for us. Location was a perfect spot for us as our son could fish sun up to sun down right out our back door on the canal. House does have a green fish light for attracting bait fish at night. Bait shop and restaurant right around the corner and beach access about 3 minutes away. There are a couple of convenience/small grocery stores close and this location is still within Walmart delivery range which is a huge plus. There was access to a community pool (for fee) but we opted for the beach instead. Also had access to the pier. We would stay here again.
