Downtown Delight Unit 1

It was a large enough space to have a good visit. Positive: The location was walking distance from the strand. The house colors and decor are cute. Any questions I had were quickly answered. It was a good space and we enjoyed our visit. The outside doors shut and locked easily. All appliances worked. There were extras like a crockpot. Negative: The cabinets in the bathroom had gunk on them, I had to go through and clean several things when I got there. There were fresh spills on the bed frame in my room, that I’m not sure how they missed when they changed the sheets. There were also spills on the dresser and nightstand that were dried. As well as nasty stuff on the inside of the trash can lid. There was only one parking permit, though they assured me we wouldn’t get towed and it didn’t cause any parking issues. There wasn’t any laundry detergent and there weren’t enough regular bowls or utensils for 8 people. Also the hinges on the bathroom door aren’t attached so the door had to be lifted each time to shut it. The top covers and shams had stains on them.

Overall, a very comfortable and well-located stay with a great host. Positive: The location is excellent, close to downtown and a great restaurant area. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, everything was very clean, and the host was very attentive to our needs. Negative: It’s understandable given the wooden structure of the house, but noise from the upstairs neighbors can be quite noticeable.

It was Good overall with a couple dislikes. Positive: Location was Nice. Could walk to beach if you wanted a small walk. Night life is walking distance as well. Negative: House was ok. Its a older house. Odor was not good. You get used to it but at first walk in you definitely smell a strong like Dog smell. So that and the fact we have to find where to take Trash which was required of us. I've never had to do that ever so definitely a dislike and a inconvenience. But overall it was a good stay just wanna bring to the attention the smell and u remove ur trash from trash cans and have to find somewhere to take it.
