Nice for beach/hot tub access Positive: Nice hot tub/pool right by the apartment, and beach across the street. McNeal’s restaurant next door is great! Pull out couch worked for kids! Negative: Kitchenware/towels etc are minimalist.

We had an enjoyable stay at the condo. We stayed 3 nights. I highly recommend staying here due to the location; it's so near to the beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.Pros: King size bed, a full kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner, washer & dryer, a pull out sofa. 2 pools on the property with a hot tub. Right behind the condo with a hot tub. It hit the spot in the evening. Very comfortable place to relax, clean and spacious and near the beach and local restaurants plus 3 grocery stores. Walmart is within walking distance. The place is well decorated. And its on the 1st floor! That was very convenient for us.Cons: no closet space, both closets were locked. There is drawers but I prefer to hang some of our clothes so it doesn't stay wrinkled. The patio furniture cushions were dirty with pet hair. I could not enjoy sitting outside. I'm allergic to cats. We only had one wash cloth and 2 hand towels. We had enough towels. I'd suggest getting new towels. Note: There is a parking fee, separate from the reservation. We paid 50. It is stated in the description.We enjoyed our stay and we'd recommend staying at this condo. Felt like home away from home.

Enjoyed our stay. This is the second time that we have stayed at this facility so we knew about the parking fee. Condo w Positive: Great location and view from the condo. Very friendly staff and nice amenities. Negative: Only one set of towels for a two night stay. Closet in master bedroom was locked. So no closet space at all to hang clothes. Outside furniture full of pet hair. (We did see a stray cat around the property) $40 for parking which is not included with the booking. You are not made aware of this charge until after you book the room.
