Positive: Close to water and fishing Negative: The water in home smelt unclean

The location great. A funky odor as soon as we came in the front door. Everything seemed clean at first glance. Some glasses, utensils & a mug were dirty in the cupboards. There was debris & a few dead bugs in the drawers. The air freshener plug in the wall, next to the front door was empty. The entryway carpet was smelly & had curling up edges. A tripping hazard. The lights that illuminate the step up on the porch were out on both sides. The door to the closet in the room to the right, as you enter, would not stay closed. A bean bag chair in the closet had a hole and was leaking. In the dresser drawer, there was a pillow case of clean laundry? and some mismatched cards? The baseboards along the shower in the both bathrooms were in very poor condition. The rusted drain cover in the master shower wasn't screwed in. The washing machine had sand on it. The telescope was was inoperable. The ceiling fan light was out in the main living area. The master, right closet door doesn't shut all the way or go back on its track. The screen on the window to the left of the front door was ripped at the bottom and flapped in the wind, making noise. On a positive note, a few of our children and grandchildren came over for a few hours and really enjoyed themselves. No one ended up spending the night w/us, since most of them had to work Monday. The only room that was used was the master bedroom. We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the beach. The sunset & sunrise were beautiful.
