The view is great and the house was clean but the property has wear and tear. Also the grill needs to be replaced. I would give it 4.5 but only 4 or 5 is available. There were enough issues which prevents me from giving it a 5.

We have rented this place before and it was nice. This time the floors are messed up they have it covered with carpet. Which they were stained it just didn’t seem clean this time. Dishes were dirty. Very disappointing!
