Positive: Very convenient location, right next to the water.
Negative: No dining table inside the house.

The 2nd bathroom was downstairs and had no air and one bed was uncomfortable otherwise a nice stay.

Dingy tube and toilet
Positive: I like the location.
Negative: I didn't like the fact that the corners and the bathtub and the toilet were dingy and unclean. When I walked into the house it smelled of urine which was coming from the bathroom. Once I cleaned the toilet and the tub the smell went away. There was a stain on the arm of the chair in the living area.
