When we arrived there was dog poop all over the yard. The house was nice, but not the cleanest. There was a weird man in the next house that kept watching us. There were very few forks and spoons and we had 10 people. The seal on the oven was loose and the oven would turn off when we opened the door. The game room was nice but was not connected to the rest of the house. Was a completely separate entrance so no comfortable letting kids sleep down there. I requested a partial cleaning refund twice and the property manager said they would reach out to the owner but never got an answer. The property manager was very responsive.

Everything was great and In great shape the only problem we had literally was we had to wait 30-40 minutes after arriving at 4pm for the cleaning crew to finish up!

Great place very clean and close to the beach . Hope we can enjoy it again next year .
