House was very clean and roomy. We had more than enough space for the 3 of us. Very nice fenced in yard, helpful with our dog!

We enjoyed our week at the Seabrook Retreat. While there are a couple things that could use a few touch-ups, the house is very cozy and great for enjoying sunrises/sunsets from both decks. It's in a nice neighborhood, with great parks and just down the road from the beach. We saw deer and rabbits on our evening walks.
