Poolside Paradise

The water temperature and pressure in the showers need to adjusted . Low water pressure and the water temperature was tepid at best . Both I feel are an easy fix. The host may not be aware of this issue.

I would stay here again. The bunk room is not spacious and since not connected to house it really didn’t work for my group. There were so many flies in the bunk room - my ladies wouldn’t stay in there. My group didn’t like that there was no place in living area to set you drink - like end table or coffee table. There were 8 of us - so we all stayed in the main part of the house.

We completely enjoyed the pool and perfect bedrooms accommodations very close to the beach and stores had a blast thank you

We had a rough start. We turned on the oven and it began emitting fumes that filled the house. We came to realize the oven had been sprayed to be cleaned but the cleaning crew forgot to burn it off and wipe it out. So we had to air out the house and clean out the oven to be able to use it. So dinner was served at about 10:30pm that night after 2.5 hours of unexpected oven cleaning and house airing. The Beach Box maintenance company sent a maintenance person the next day but that was really useless at that point. I did tell him the one and only smoke detector didn’t work because it never went off and it definitely should have. He said he’d be back to replace it and he never returned. He did screw the dishwasher in so it wouldn’t be falling out of the kitchen cabinet. The fridge was new and worked fine. I’ve requested a refund on my cleaning fee but beach box says they’ll ask the host and never replies. The bunk room is a fun addition for our teens to enjoy but it did have a weird smell & a window ac unit. The layout of the house was strange and unexpected as the bunk room is not connected to the rest of the house. It’s an old converted garage and the door to it is under the house then there are two separate staircases. One leads to the master bedroom and the other to the dining room. There was an elevator but it wasn’t available which was unfortunate for us. The pool was fine and nice to have but we could tell the PH was high. Homeowner:Fire Beach Box and we would come back.

Everything was as described in the listing. The cleaning ladies were still there after check in time which would have been fine but they weren't happy that I sat in my vehicle until they were done.
