The location was perfect as we were able to step out our door and watch a Halloween parade, walk to shops and food. The place had enough space for us all and when we walked in we were beyond pleased with the process and communication. However the next morning we found our backpack and our suitcase both with holes chewed through them from a MOUSE . I despise mice but more disappointed that our personal property was damaged at no fault to us (205 in damage to purchase a new suitcase and a backpack for my son). There was no reimbursement rather a sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately that was a big disappointment and it’s one thing if mice were getting food off the counter but chewing through our personal property is different.

Had to put batteries in the TV remote but that was the only downfall. Everything else was great. Very nice place.

Great location, just a few steps to The Strand. Group of 5 stayed for the night plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely book again.
