The place was falling apart

Enjoyed our stay. The property does need some maintenance work but my family did enjoy the house. It stayed cooled in the heat of the day and had all amenities to make our stay comfortable.

Great location that is perfect for close poximity to the ocean. Conveniently located to beach supply shops and rentals. Lots of sleeping options in room with 2 full bathrooms with stand alone showers.

The house is older is in need of updating. The couches had an odor to them. The blind in the living room would not go down. I am no mold inspector but the blinds were questionable. Check-in was easy, but the house was not ready until 5:30 p.m. The cleaners showed up but could not get in because there key did not work and used the one we had. Then house cleaner forgot a room and had to come back telling me that was her first time cleaning this home and did not know there was another room. We put things aside and just enjoyed our time with our cousins that traveled 5 hours away for our annual reunion at the beach.The house is older is in need of updating. Kids played at beach every day, came back hung out in the bunk room which was a nice size, beds were rough but hey it was for the weekend. The king and queen beds were really comfy. Was washing towels and I told the kids hey why are these towels so wet of course they had no idea. I thought they were just being messy when showering. When I woke up the last morning with all the towels washed the floor was wet. After flushing the toilet I noticed it leaking. I reported it the morning I was leaving.
