Management was responsive with text through VRBO. Outside was clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Downstairs bedroom is only connected through the outside. But it had its own living area. Hoping they fixed this stuff.Locks were complicated and hard ro open., floors and blinds were dirty. There is only 1 TV in each living Are, none in bedrooms. Furniture needed ro be moved since the outlets wer not convenient to the bed.Light switches wee complicated. If one is clocked then another won’t work..

Pros: The house was clean, with many beds. We had plenty of towels, and it was decorated nicely. There is lots of storage in the kitchen with nice appliances. The location is great for walking distance to the beach and a short drive to town. It was very nice to be able to bring our dogs.Cons: flooring needs to be replaced - some spots are very soft, and it felt like you could fall through. The back deck has some loose rails. There is no lighting in the dining room area. There was no electrical plug in the 2nd upstairs bathroom, and neither bathroom had toilet paper holders. The kitchen could be better stocked with mixing bowls, storage containers, etc. It is evident that the property managers own the property and do not use it to know what is missing when you are staying at a place for several days.
