I recommend Coastal Cottage for anyone visiting the beach in Galveston.
Positive: Wonderful location for the beach and also for getting to resturants and museums.
Negative: Only two towels for the bathroom. No washcloths. Only one for the kitchenette.

My son and I were in town for a beach soccer tourney and really didn't get to spend a lot of time at the property, but it was clean, cozy, and had everything we could have needed for our short stay. And the super close proximity to the beach (right across the street) was nice as well. The hosts communicated thoroughly.

Cute and small. Great for a short stay with 1-2 people. Good value for the price. Television did not work as advertised.

The beach view was great. Walked to some surrounding areas. A can of paint was found on the kitchen counter and a screw was found on the floor. There was not enough towels and washcloths provided.
