This condo is a steal for the location. Walking distance to the beach, lots of restraunts nearby. Definitely wear shoes on the porch, lots of uneven boards and some nails poking through. My final note, don't try to adjust the TV, it definitely has fallen(weird spots in the screen) and will fall again.

The property is a little dated. The porch area needed some repairs. The views were amazing and the property was basically as listed. Very simple but great location.
