The home needs some TLC, especially the flooring for the kitchen and living room. For the area the home is in a deadbolt on the doors would be nice for added security. Nice to have the laundry.

Able to accommodate such a large group. Beds were comfortable. Living room was inviting to watch TV. Location was good for us.
