This property needs a lot of attention! Dishwasher backed up, small sink stopped up and garbage disposal didn’t work. One door to a toilet was off its hinges and leaning against the wall. A shower was full of mold. Dead roaches were under the dining room table. One toilet wouldn’t flush. Large trash bins were overflowing with trash from previous occupants and attracted birds The lawn service were mowing and spraying ( assuming pesticide) all day on Saturday. Relaxing by the pool was not an option with a the noise and lack of privacy. One of the ladies with us fell on the walkway to the front door and broke her ankle. The steps are hard to see as the colors blend together. There are many stains on the carpets and it’s obvious no updates have been made. The management company did respond to my concerns and a repair man came to fix the toilet door and he relocated all of the trash. I can not recommend this property.

Plenty of room for family and we loved the pool!!

From our experiences with homes we’ve chosen for our annual trip of 12 adults for many years, we would rate this house 7 out of 10. The home met most our needs, but needs some tender loving care to make it a 10. It needs housekeeping and maintenance improvements. The Pool filtration system was not working properly. It was very cloudy upon arrival so not able to use it on first day. Later we found the chlorine floater was stuck in the hot tub so once we moved it to main part of pool the water clarity improved by the next morning. A major safety & compliance concern was several of the drains in the pool & hot tub were missing or had broken drain lids (Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act compliance violation). Luckily we had no children in our group and we stayed away from those drains. The waterfall and the lights inside pool did not work. The AC’s worked very well but the AC vents were filthy. Water pressure not that good in most showers and water temp was mainly hot, except in 1 cold shower by game room. The pull out leather sofa bed in library had potato chips inside & dirty sheets when opened. Not enough bath towels or kitchen dishcloths. Several recessed lights burnt out in kitchen and in other areas of house. The Commercial fridge needs repair. The fridge in the laundry room was helpful but not big enough for all our supplies. The kitchen layout and seating areas were fine. Communication with host was good before and during. Thank you, GWD 2026

A great house for a family vacation. Plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms for everyone
