My family and I stayed from 11/06/2025 to 11/10/2025, with a total of 11 guests. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. I’ll admit, after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit nervous due to the price and concerns about potential issues with the home. However, we did not experience any problems.The house is very spacious and well utilized. I loved the location we walked to the beach every day, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It’s also conveniently situated near everything we needed. The large porch was one of my favorite features, it was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.I would recommend adding seat covers for the kitchen chairs, as the seats were dirty, and we purchased towels to place over them before sitting. The basement could also use a thorough cleaning so guests feel comfortable using that entrance as well. Additionally, the home had an overpowering smell when we arrived, but candles helped.I did not use the kitchen, but everything appeared to be in good condition. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely return.

House was great, just the right amount of room for everyone. Very close to the beach and a lot of places to enjoy outside on the patio.

Loved the huge home on the beach! It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and it was through a quiet neighborhood. We drove into town to visit restaurants and tourist attractions. But being away from the traffic was a big plus.
