Great house

Overall, great experience at the house. Did ran into some issue with AC but it's mechanical and mechanical will break from time to time. Communicate with host and we made things work and they will probably get that fixed.

Felt there were areas that could have been cleaner, sealing fans full of dust, beds had items from previous guest made back into the bed, sheets appeared clean otherwise. Host was quick and helpful correcting a trash issue from previous renters. Overall we loved the property and the minor issues will not deter us from considering the property in the future.

This was a very nice property! The house was a very short walk to a semiprivate beach and the area was quiet and a very convenient location for the tourist sections in Galveston. The house was in decent condition with some normal wear and tear of a rental house. There were very few bugs inside the house except the few that came in from opening and closing the door. The format of the house was perfect for our group, as we had multiple families and each family was able to have their own space. The kitchen contained lots of various cooking items, however, could have benefited from some oven mitts, more cup towels, and some hangers for the used towels. The ac was noisy but the house stayed at a very nice temperature through our trip. When we arrived the trash bins were completely full. When we reached out to the contacts, they remedied the situation within the day. This was a great house for our stay and we will definitely look into other houses available under this owner for future stays.
