Endless Summer

Home sits on a berm with nice views of the slightly rural neighborhood. (Horses next door) Pool and deck were nice. The pool is at the bottom of the berm and difficult to access for older adults with mobility limitations. Floors were delaminating especially in bathrooms. They were also a bit damp and dirty. Otherwise everything was clean and well stocked. They even had a spare refrigerator. Fortunately we brought our own coffee. The cannister only contained filters. Bedroom with queen and bunk beds was too small to fully open the bedroom door. Bedroom with 2 queens was missing the fan and light control but a floor fan was provided. Driveway is steep but ample parking for 5 cars. No shower for guests who sleep downstairs in the game room, so all (potentially 18) guests (except the 2 in the master suite) must use the hall bath to shower. The shower curtain is too short to keep water in the tub so you must use your towel to mop up the floor. Only enough detergent for 1 load of towels so either bring detergent or extra towels. 1 washcloth and towel provided per guest. Not as close to the beach as we expected but the house was comfortable for 10 adults in our group.

It was wonderful and super clean. We all loved it. It was the best!!!

Overall, the visit was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the location and the pool, and there was ample space to accommodate our entire group comfortably. The only minor issue we encountered was that in one of the rooms, the light and ceiling fan could not be operated independently.

Plenty of space. Comfortable beds.Plenty of dishes and cookware.It would be nice to add a couple large bowls for to serve salad.

The property was easy to get to, very clean and tidy inside and the check in process was quick and easy. We enjoyed our short stay and look forward to a longer visit next time!
