Pros:*location*amount of space*video games for the kids*patio with a fantastic view*quiet neighborhoodMinuses:*quality of beds*no in home guidebook for people other than the host to access*several outlets didn’t work*stove and oven EXTREMELY slow to cook food *reached out to host to ask a question via phone number provided in online guidebook and never heard back*minimal amentities including one roll of paper towels (which is kind of crazy for a house that holds 20 people). Overall great stay but could definitely use some much needed upgrades

This house is perfect for a weekend sailing at HYC - it’s just a block away, and the main floor deck at the third floor offers a great view
