Decent Negative: Water leak over head in master bath that was bad dripped on our heads lol left message when we first arrived with no return call

Amazing family friendly, industrial, spacious loft in the middle of downtown! Positive: The location was incredible. We were walking distance to so many stores downtown. Cute shops of all kinds. When my kids got hungry there were so many taco trucks and fast food places all around us. Initially I hadn't realized how close the we were to the Pier! My teenagers loved the arcade game machines. and my son made the living room his bedroom. The couches are so cozy, they serve as an extra bed or even 2. I loved the claw foot bath tub, I don't have one back home so I came equipped with my bubble bath and a bottle of wine. And we made good use of the iron and ironing board. A bonus was the washer and dryer in the suite but we didn't use it. We were so amazed at the beauty of the place. Negative: I liked everything. The loft was so spacious and it was an old original building so the industrial vibes with the exposed brick walls were genuine. But I did wish the coffee bar had been fully stocked. I had to go out to find a store to purchase coffee creamer, sugar and coffee filters. But I got a whole pack of filters and that should last the property a pretty long time. Just take a few creamers and sugars from the last gas station stop and you should be fine. The front windows were so beautiful I had my first cup of coffee seeing the traffic pass by in the front. And my second cup of coffee I enjoyed on the balcony. It was private enough for a short prayer and meditation. We just loved our stay. FYI for this particular apartment you do have to climb stairs and I saw no elevator. Also we had never had to collect keys for any of the places we have stayed at before. So after setting in the code you have to lift the latch and the keys are inside the box. We had to look up a quick you tube video for how to get in.

Location was perfect. Host communicated clearly and often with us. Good experience overall.
