Heart of it All

This house has lots of beds and rooms for a large group to stay. The pool is wonderful and the interior remodel is beautiful. There were a few bugs as with any house in Galveston but this did not bother us much. The two video game machines s upstairs worked great and I currently have the high score on one of the Galaga machines! The outside of the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as the inside, but again this didn't bother us much. Check in was easy with a four digit code, and communication was clear. The clothes dryer would not dry (no heat), and the hot water in the showers was intermittent, but overall I would recommend this place for a large group, as long as you are not looking for perfection on an unlimited budget.

Enjoyed our stay. However, the house was already damaged upon arrival. Pictures were sent to the host. The dryer’s heating element seems to be going out. The house is definitely spacious and great for a larger group. We enjoyed having the pool. Had to move the trash cans farther away from the pool because they absolutely reeked and attracted a lot of flies.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. The location of the house made everything we wanted to do easy and accessible. We had a family group of 13 and everyone enjoyed the house as well as the pool. Thanks for having him come check the pool daily, there were debris from the storms that came through.

We had eight adults and four children. All were comfortable and had a great time. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool at the property.
