Heart of it All

The host company was extremely responsive especially when I needed them by phone; They were accessible and empathetic and very kind. Additionally the houses' amenities were as described and great to have on our weekend stay. We didn't go to the beach as we were there for some girl time, but loved to have had access to a beautiful pool. Each bedroom was gorgeous and comfortable. The house is truly an oasis right outside the city.

Had a fabulous time !!! The house was absolutely beautiful !!! We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave!!!Really hope to get to stay here again for our next vaca!!

Neighborhood a little rough, pool dirty upon arrival, dishwasher running when arrived but only motor running it did not work had to unplug since it machine was getting hot, floor wavy in areas

Good property and location! Had a great time!

The place was nice inside and outside. No smells in the house and no plug-in to mask odor. The neighborhood was quiet. The AC worked great and the kitchen equipped okay. The decor nice and no complaints about the beds to me. There are as ample room for the family. Easily can fit the max. The pool and game room a plus. More towels could have been provided. Only one towel a person provided. More blankets could be provided. Only the sheet and quilt on the beds provided. The floor inside was dirty. After getting our 9 month old out of her walker, her footies were very dirty. The floors are uneven with one area very soft. The mop left behind was so dirty and brown we didn’t touch it. Upstairs you could see mold in the shower and the hard water buildup. The sectional could use a deep cleaning or replacing. The vents on the ceiling were very dirty. The lawn people came before checkout. The BBQ pit dirty. Overall the place was fun for us. For the price and amenities in the house I’m not sure if I would stay again.
