House was great, exactly as described and in the photos. Early check in was offered then not clear that it was not guaranteed. Would not recommend early check in offer, just stick with 4pm check in

Close to the beach and very clean.

Portions of the beach can be seen from the rental but it is just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time at the beach with a few others there at the end of September. It was wonderful. The house was clean and the A/C worked. Not all rooms have ceiling fans but our smaller party didn't occupy the entire house. The two smaller bathrooms could use a few updates and maintenance along with water pressure. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to rebooking in the future. You will get your exercise with the stairs outside and inside. Currently the house across the street is under construction.
