Had a great time. The host was very responsive and the property was in great condition. Would stay here again

Note: I have stayed at other Beach Box managed properties with no problem and very prompt communication. Just to be clear and to have this doumented:1. There is one remote with no functioning lower buttons in the guest room.2. The guest room fan remote is missing it’s back and there are no batteries3. The transition strip to the primary bath is not glued to the floor4. One guest bed is not safe and has been repaired previously5. The thermostat does not function properly and there is no heat- there was no heat the entire stay with inside temperatures dropping to 54 degrees. Multiple communications and always no answer or a computer generated answer6.The trash and outside were full when we arrived and remain full- and disgusting. 7. No heat, no pilot light in the fireplace, no trash pick up- were the ills paid?8. Not one incentive to attempt to show concern, good business or professionalism.

Everything was perfect, host was very accommodating!

Super clean, well put together, well organized. Easy peasy. Will stay there again.
